Quantitative whole body autoradiography (QWBA) studies
Tissue distribution by QWBA is an accepted method for providing data to calculate the safe effective dose to be administered to humans in a Phase I hAME study. It is a pre-requisite to the regulatory approval of a hAME clinical trial, and utilizes radiolabeled test material.
